  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product colors, artwork, descriptions, prices, and other details accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and small variations may occur as part of the garment-dyeing and made-to-order printing processes.

We reserve the right to update product information, prices, and availability and to discontinue products without notice.

  1. ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, address problems, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

  1. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

You are responsible for reviewing your order and shipping address before completing your purchase.

  1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many of our products are produced after an order is placed. Production and fulfillment times are estimates and may vary.

Because customized and personalized products are created specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct instructions.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Barks Department name, logo, original artwork, photographs, written content, graphics, videos, product designs, and website design are owned by or licensed to The Barks Department and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

References to parks, public lands, or geographic locations do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the National Park Service or any government agency.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is powered by Shopify and may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other services.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for websites, services, or content that we do not control.

The collection and use of personal information through our store are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that Shopify and other service providers may process information necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, and provide related services.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
